Weekend shutdown relaxed for Independence Day

Bhubaneswar: The weekend shutdown imposed in the districts of Ganjam, Khordha, Gajapti and Cuttack and Rourkela Municipal Corporation has been relaxed up to 11 AM on August 15.

The relaxation has been made to allow the citizens to unfurl National Flag at their premises subject to the condition that not more than ten persons shall be congregated at any place.

Besides, all safety protocols such as social distancing, wearing of masks, proper sanitization etc are maintained.

Special Relief Commissioner has issued order to this effect.
