Odisha Coronavirus update: Covid tally rises to 62, 294

Bhubaneswar: As many as 2244 more persons in Odisha tested positive for deadly Coronavirus in the last 24 hours, increasing the state’s total count to 62, 294, informed the health department.

The death toll due to Coronavirus rose to 353 in the state as ten more patients succumbed to the disease in the last 24 hours.

4 from Khurda and 1 each from Sundergarh, Puri, Rayagada, Ganjam, Cuttack and Bargarh succumbed to the disease, said the department.

Of the new positive cases, 854 are local cases while the rest 1390 cases have been detected from different quarantine centres.
