Odisha revises Covid norms; allows 200 persons for marriage functions

Bhubaneswar: The Odisha government has revised Covid-19 guidelines allowing maximum 200 people instead of 500 in marriage related gatherings.

As per the order of Special Relief Commissioner’s Office, a maximum 50 persons are allowed to participate in funeral-related gatherings.

Meanwhile, Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik on Tuesday reviewed COVID-19 situation in the state.

He directed the officials to strictly enforce COVID guidelines, enhance surveillance and testing in the state.
