Covid-19: Oxford College of Engineering and Management sealed

Bhubaneswar: Oxford College of Engineering and Management, Pallaspalli in Bhubaneswar has been sealed for violation of COVID-19 guideline.

The Covid enforcement team of Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation (BMC) sealed the institute for violation of COVID guideline.

The enforcement teams are inspecting the educational institutions in the city to ensure that the COVID guidelines are implemented.

Meanwhile, the Function Hall at Ram Mandir, Janpath, Bhubaneswar has been sealed for conducting a birthday function without prior permission from BMC. A Team led by Zonal Deputy Commissioner (South East) Ansuman Rath visited the spot and ascertained that the function was being organized without any prior permission.

As directed by the Commissioner, no functions shall be allowed without prior permission from BMC.

A fine of Rs 5,000 has been collected from the birthday party organizers.
