OPSC recommends recruitment of 786 doctors

Bhubaneswar: Odisha Public Service Commission (OPSC) has recommended the recruitment of 786 doctors in government service.

The results are available on the website of the Commission-http://opsc.gov.in.

On the basis of requisition from the government in Health and Family Welfare Department for recruitment of doctors, OPSC took it as a challenge to complete the process as soon as possible so that the newly inducted doctors shall boost the efforts of the state government in fighting the pandemic.

After giving one month time for inviting application, the Commission decided to conduct Computer Based Examination to reduce the duration of process.

The examination was held on April 28 across 15 centers and 1491 candidates took the examination.
