Odisha Chief Secretary reviews Covid situation

Chief Secretary Suresh Chandra Mahapatra reviewed the COVID situation in a high-level meeting held in hybrid mode from Lokseba Bhawan today.

Taking a district wise review, Mahapatra directed Collectors and concerned departments to remain extremely vigilant and vaccinate 18-59 age group on campaign mode.

He also directed to intensify the awareness and enforcement activities like wearing of masks, avoiding the crowd, and maintenance of physical distance.

The daily Covid-19 cases crossed 800-mark in Odisha with 804 people, including 71 children under the age of 18 years, getting infection during the last 24 hours
