Another girl commits suicide in Bhubaneswar

Bhubaneswar: In yet another case of suicide, a 23-year-old woman was found hanging from her rented house in the Nayapalli area of Bhubaneswar on Saturday.

The deceased has been identified as Kalpana Barick, a resident of Dhenkanal. She was working as a care taker of a city base NGO.

According to sources, Kalpana was staying at a rented house at Nuasahi in the Nayapalli area in the capital city. She was found dead this afternoon. Some local residents found her hanging from the fan of her rented house and alerted the police.

Later, a team of Nayapalli police reached the spot and seized the body for post-mortem. The police are yet to find out the eact reason behind her death.

It may be noted that the capital city, Bhubaneswar witnessed several suicide in the recent past.
