Bhubaneswar: President Droupadi Murmu will visit Odisha in the second week of February.
On the first day on February 10, she is scheduled to attend the convocation of Rama Devi Women’s University and a function of a city-based organization as per the tentative schedule received by the police.
On the second day, she is likely to visit Lingaraj Temple to pay obeisance to the lord and attend a program at the National Rice Research Institute (NRRI) Cuttack.
An official announcement regarding the President’s visit was yet to be made.
Murmu had visited Odisha for the first time as the President in November last year.
Notably, Murmu has completed her intermediate and graduated from erstwhile Rama Devi Women’s College.
