Chennai Petroleum Corporation Limited (CPCL) has invited applications from young and energetic persons for several posts.
Vacancy: Engineer (Chemical)– 4(UR), 1(SC) and 1(ST)
Engineer (Mechanical)— 1 (UR) and 1 (ST)
Eligibility:
Candidates must have qualified in the GATE 2023 examination in order to be eligible to apply for the posts.
Chemical Engineering : (GATE 2023 code: CH)
Mechanical Engineering : (GATE 2023 code: ME)
A candidate can apply in CPCL only from one of the aforesaid disciplines. In order to apply, the candidate must have qualified GATE 2023 examination from any one of the above disciplines and also done BE / B.Tech from the same discipline.
Qualifying in GATE 2023 from disciplines other than two disciplines mentioned above will not be accepted towards eligibility for the advertised post.
GATE marks of previous years (GATE 2022 or before) will not be accepted.
Upper Age Limit: Candidates applying from General/EWS category should not be more than 26 years. Relaxation to candidates applying from other categories shall apply as per Government of India guidelines.
