Police Nab Sharpshooter Of D-brothers

BHUBANESWAR: Police Commissioner YB Khurania on Thursday said that the police arrested a sharpshooter of Dhalasamanta brothers’ gang from Madurai, who has allegedly involved in the murders of Dipu, Omm and Farook.

Khurania said Arif Khan was arrested by a team of Commissionerate Police along with their Tamil Nadu counterparts from Thirumangalam city in Madurai district.

Arif, sharpshooter-cum-driver of the D-brothers, is a resident of Kafla Bazar in Cuttack.

The police have registered three cases, include murder and extortion, against him at various police stations in Cuttack.
