BHUBANESWAR: After schools teachers, the Odisha government has decided to implement a uniform dress code for health workers in the state.
“It has been under consideration of Government that there should be a uniform dress code for field level workers so as to ensure transparency of office and dignity and recognition to field level workers,” said a resolution of the Health Department.
The government took the decision after careful consideration and discussion with different associations to implement a uniform dress code for health workers in the state.
The Dress Code so prescribed is as follows:
- Dress Code of MPHW(F)jANM
Saree- Light Green with Maroon border, Blouse-Maroon Apron/Jacket-white
- Dress Code of MPHS(F)/LHV
Saree -Light violet with maroon border, Blouse-maroon
- Dress Code of MPHW(M)
Pant- Blue, Shirt-Sky Blue Apron/Jacket-White
- Dress Code of MPHS(M)
Pant-Black, Shirt-Cream
