Air Odisha To Offer Flight To Kalahandi

BHUBANESWAR: Domestic flight operator Air Odisha has announced to begin commercial flight operation to Kalahandi from May 1.

On a trial run, Air Odisha’s nine-seater plane on Saturday successfully took off from the Biju Patnaik International Airport (BPIA) here and landed at the Utkela airstrip in Kalahandi.

Notably, the airstrip has been developed for commercial flight operation in domestic level.

Presently, the company is offering flights to Jharsuguda, Rourkela, Sambalpur and Jeypore.
