City gears up to welcome New Year with extravaganza featuring host of stars

Bhubaneswar: City hotels in Bhubaneswar have lined up numerous events to welcome 2017 with great fanfare.

Many Hindi singers of repute and famous disc jockeys will perform in the capital during the New Year celebration. Their attempt is to make Bhubaneswar a happening place on December 31.

Hotel Hindustan International (HUI) has Invited Tarun Sagar and Niharika Nath, finalists of two reality contests, for the event on their premises. Apart from the vocalists, a popular DJ from Bangalore will mesmerise the guests with EDM.

Another prominent hotel, Swosti Premium, has also made jubilant preparations for the day. Kanika Sharma and DJ Rocky will be enthralling the audience at the hotel. Sandy’s Tower is organising a plethora of events – fashion show, rock show, DJ Night and belly dance- to amuse the visitors attending their function.

A ‘hookah lounge’, LED Neon lights, unique photo zones and a profligate diner will invite the guests at the hotel.

Mayfair has invited singers Dev Negi, Sudipta and Torsha to perform during the celebration. Hindi actor Sunny Leone will also perform at the Bang Bang Again event at Janata Maidan on the day.

Famous DJs Partho, Nikhil and Sonam are other attractions to lure party-goers of the city at the function Midnight Madness near Nicco Park.
