Puri: Sand artist Manas Sahu has created a sand sculpture on Radha-Krishna at Puri sea beach to wish the nation on the occasion of Holi.
Sahu tried to convey his message that how the god and goddess are playing Holi with the natural colours.
Sahu and his four aides took nearly eight hours and used around 20 tonnes of sand to create the 15-foot wide sand sculpture that sends the message of love and brotherhood on the occasion of the festival of colours.
“The main objective of creating the Radha- Krishna sculpture is to urge the people not to use the chemical colours during the celebration of Holi. We request everyone to use the natural coulours so that everyone will be able to have a safe and peaceful Holi,” said Sahu.
