POCSO court frames charges against Papu Pom Pom

Bhubaneswar: Comedian Papu Pom Pom has landed in further trouble as charges were on Saturday framed against him by the Special POCSO court here in connection with the minor girl casting couch case.

The charges were framed against Papu, who appeared before the court, under Sections 341, 323, 354 of the IPC and Sections 8 and 12 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, informed Papu’s counsel Ratnakar Nayak.

Notably, Papu is accused of sexually exploiting a minor girl on the pretext of giving her a break in movies.
