Odia actor Debu Bose hospitalized in critical condition

Bhubaneswar/Hyderabad: Veteran Ollywood actor Debu Bose has been hospitalized and put on a ventilator at a private hospital in Hyderabad on Friday.

He is currently on ventilator support at the hospital, informed his elder son Sarthak.

“His condition has deteriorated since today morning, so he has been put on mechanical ventilator support for assistance in breathing,” said Sarthak.

Bose was admitted to the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) as his health deteriorated following repeated vomiting.

The 75-year-old actor has an illustrious film career, spanning over three decades, in Odia and Bengali movies.

The actor has over 120 films to his credit including Suna Chadhei, Suna Panjuri, Chhati Chiri Dele Tu, Akashe Ki Ranga Lagila, Satya Meba Jayate among others.
