Sudarsan’s peace message ahead of Trump-Kim meet in Singapore


Bhubaneswar: World-renowned sand artist Sudarsan Pattnaik on Monday created a sand sculpture of USA president Donald Trump and North Korea leader Kim Jong Un with a message ” Let peace prevail” at Puri beach of Odisha.

He has created around a 7-ft high sand sculpture of both the leaders with their flags by using about 6 tons of sand.

US president and North Korean leader are set to meet on Tuesday in a landmark summit in Singapore.

“It will be a historic meeting in Singapore. We welcome both the country for choosing peace,” said Sudarsan.

So far, Padma Shri awardee sand artist Sudarsan has participated in more than 60 international sand sculpture championships and festivals around the world and won many prizes for our country.

He always tries to spread awareness through his sand art. His sculptures on world peace, global warming, stop terrorism, HIV/AIDS etc are giving positive messages to the world.
