Sex racket busted in Odisha’s Rayagada

Rayagada: A sex racket operating at a rented house near FCI Chhak in Odisha’s Rayagada town has been busted, said police on Monday.

Three persons have been arrested and two women rescued in the Odisha sex racket incident.

Acting on a tip-off, the Rayagada police raided the rented place last night and busted the sex racket.

The arrested have been identified as Chandan Kumar Choudhury, the kingpin of the racket, Sonu Mallick and Biku Kumar Tandi. They also rescued two women of Khordha district who were engaged in the flesh trade.

The police have been raiding at several places in Odisha as sex rackets continue to flourish in the state.
