Puri beach recognized as second cleanest beach

Bhubaneswar: Puri beach in Odisha has been recognized as the second cleanest beach across India, a report of the National Centre for Coastal Research (NCCR) said.

The report said that Odisha has the least polluted coastline.

The report has placed Gopalpur beach in Ganjam district at the fourth place in the list of cleanest beaches.

“India’s cleanest beaches awaits you in Odisha. National Centre for Coastal Research’s study backs our claims. So, this winter, escape the chill, enjoy the warmth of Odisha’s rich culture and the inviting clean white sandy beaches of Odisha,” tweeted the CMO.
