Shramik Special trains bring over 3 lakh Odias

Bhubaneswar: Shramik Special trains have completed 200 journeys bringing home more than 3 lakh Odias stranded due to COVID19 lockdown, informed the Chief Minister’s Office (CMO) on Sunday.

The CMO said they were sent to districts to undergo mandatory quarantine.

“ShramikSpecial trains have completed 200 journeys bringing home more than 3 lakh Odias, stranded due to #COVID19 lockdown. With coordinated effort & planning, the returnees are screened for symptoms, provided food & send to districts to undergo mandatory quarantine,” tweeted the CMO.
