Covid-19 death toll reaches 79 in Odisha

Bhubaneswar: Two more persons died due to Covid-19 in Odisha, taking the toll to 79 in the state, informed the health department on Thursday.

Both the deaths were reported from Ganjam district.

A 51-year old male who was also suffering from morbid obesity and a 34-year old male who was also suffering from Hypertension succumbed to the virus.

The total number of Covid deaths increased to 48 in the district.
