Odisha CM launches several projects for Kutia panchayat

Bhubaneswar: Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik on Friday launched various development projects worth Rs 18 crore for Kutia Gram Panchayat in Patangi Block of Koraput district.

He also laid the foundation stone of a high level bridge.

The Chief Minister while saying that he had declared different projects worth Rs. 150 crore in the year 2018 and the works are going on, assured to visit Kutia and to meet people there. He said that Kutia will be developed as a model Gram Panchayat.

He further said that steps have been taken for development in the field of education, health, communication, drinking water and electricity while emphasis has been given on food security, social security and livelihood of the people.

The Chief Minister also described Koraput as second Shreekhetra and paid rich tributes to Saheed Laxman Nayak.
