Bhubaneswar: Covid-19 vaccination drive has been stopped at 900 centres due to shortage of doses in Odisha, said Health & Family Welfare Director Bijay Panigrahi on Sunday.
He said most districts will go dry if vaccines do not reach by tomorrow.
The vaccination drive is currently underway at 579 centres.
Odisha now has a stock of 2,33,00 doses of Covishield and 77,960 doses of Covaxin.
‘Tika Utsav’ is being observed in centres that have vaccine stock. The focus is on the districts having high cases of Covid-19 infections, said Panigrahi.
