Changes in banking hours in Odisha due to Covid-19

Bhubaneswar: In view of the rising Covid cases, the customer service hours at banks in Odisha was changed on Monday.

The customer service hours at banks have been changed from 10 AM to 2 PM and the banking hours from 10 AM to 4 PM.

The new timing of banks will be effective from April 26 till May 15, 2021.

In a letter, the Finance Department informed the State Level Bankers’ Committee (SLBC) regarding the revised timing.

There will be no banking services on Saturdays in urban areas as the weekend shutdown will be observed.

The administrative offices and branches of banks will function with reduced staff of 50% on rotation basis.
