Odisha govt forms committee to combat Covid-19

Bhubaneswar: The Odisha government has formed a high-level advisory committee led by K Srinath Reddy, president, Public Health Foundation of India (PHFI) to suggest measures to tackle the possible third wave of Covid-19 pandemic.

Devi Shetty and Ramakanta Panda are among others in the committee, informed Chief Secretary Suresh Mohapatra.

Through global tender, Odisha government is trying to procure 3.80 crore vaccines for the people of the state within 4 months, he added.
