Yoga practice, demonstration sessions organised by SAIL, Rourkela

As a count-down of the forthcoming International Day of Yoga – 2022, different ministries under Govt of India are observing one day as Yoga Day. In this context the Steel Ministry and the Central PSUs under it were allotted the day of 23rd April 2022 for observation of Yoga day.

Accordingly, Yoga Practice and Demonstration sessions were organised at different units and Community Centres of SAIL, Rourkela Steel Plant on 23rd April.

A Yoga practice and demonstration session was organised at the Peace Centre of ED (Works) building. It was attended by S R Suryawanshi, ED (Works) and other Senior Officers of the Plant.

Special yoga programmes were organised at the Yoga centres run at Community Centres of RSP across the township. The sessions were conducted by the Yoga Teachers of RSP’s Yoga Centres.  Similar programmes were also held at RSP run schools.
