Odisha temperature: Jharsuguda, Baripada boil above 40 degree C

Bhubaneswar: Jharsuguda town has recorded highest day temperature of 40.4 degree Celsius on Monday, informed the met centre here.

Baripada town recorded 40 degree Celsius.

As many as 12 towns of Odisha registered temperature above 39 degree C.

Capital city Bhubaneswar recorded 39.7 degree C while Cuttack boiled at 39.1 degree C.

The met centre’s forecast said temperate will scorch Odisha in the next few days.
