BHUBANESWAR: BJP’s national secretary Suresh Pujari has been injured following lathi charge by police in West Bengal during a rally at Krishnanagar in Nadia district.
Pujari has received injury on his head and has been admitted to Shaktinagar district headquarters hospital.
He received injury during a rally at Krishnanagar government college, said sources.
Pujari, who hails from Odisha, is the co-in-charge of West Bengal BJP wing. Odisha BJP president K.V.Singhdeo has condemned police lathi charge on BJP leaders.
