Odisha CHSE Plus II Exam Results 2016 Declared

BHUBANESWAR: The Council of Higher Secondary Education (CHSE) on Wednesday declared the Plus II Exam, 2016 results for Arts, Commerce and Vocational Education.

Higher Education Minister Pradeep Panigrahi declared the Plus II Results 2016.

While 2.46 lakh students had appeared class 12 examination in Arts stream, 1.73 lakh students passed, which is 71.55 percent.

Bargarh district has topped in Arts results with 84.11 percent while Sundargarh recorded lowest pass percentage (55.49), said the minister.

IN Commerce, 31,707 students had appeared the exam while 70.39 percent students emerged successfully. Nayagarh district topped in Commerce with 92.61 percent while Deogarh recorded the lowest percentage (36.05).

In vocational education, 5704 students passed out of 9790 students. The pass percentage is 57.67. Boudh district topped with 84.41 percent and Rayagada district recording lowest with 17.17 percent.
