OSCAR Science College Students Knock District Admin’s Door

Kendrapara: Students of OSCAR +2 Science College and their guardians on Thursday knocked the doors of Kendrapara district administration demanding to take steps to provide Transfer Certificate within two days.

If the students fail to get admission in other colleges before September 30, they would not be able to sit in the final examination of Plus Two Science, said the guardians.

Some students of OSCAR +2 Science College alleged before the ADM of Kendrapara Dhananjaya Swain that the college remained locked since August 11 and the classroom teaching has been stopped since September 4.

Besides, the practical class has not been organized for the students.

Secretary of the college Umesh Chandra Sahu has allegedly misbehaved the students and their guardians when they demanded Transfer Certificate.

Sources said the college has been functioning without the principal and staff.

As a result, the guardians demanding Transfer Certificate of their student on last Thursday gheraoed Umesh Sahu.

Umesh Sahu has been arrested for allegedly cheating the students.

Meanwhile, the guardians managed to get No Objection Certificate from Council after the intervention of Sadar police.
