Papu Pom Pom to be admitted to AIIMS-New Delhi

Bhubaneswar: Well-known comedian Papu Pom Pom will be flown to All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi for treatment on Tuesday.

Papu Pom Pom is undergoing treatment in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) of a private medical college and hospital here for the pancreas-related ailment.

The actor will be shifted to AIIMS, New Delhi as his condition deteriorated. He will be flown in an air ambulance, sources said.

Notably, the actor fell ill when he was shooting for the upcoming Odia movie ‘4 Idiots’ in Thailand.

He was rushed to Bhubaneswar for medical consultation and the doctor advised hospitalization.

Papu Pom Pom has been undergoing treatment since last Friday.
