Fire breaks out at Emami Paper Mills in Odisha

Bhubaneswar: A major fire broke out at Emami Paper Mills at Remuna in Odisha’s Balasore district on Tuesday.

Property worth lakhs is estimated to have gutted in the fire. However, no loss of life or injury was reported in the incident.

Sources said the fire broke out in the stock room of the mill due to a suspected short circuit.

The factory was closed on the occasion of Holi.

After getting the information, fire service personnel arrived at Emami Paper Mills and were able to douse the fire.
