CMC issues new guidelines for marriage, funeral

Cuttack: After Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation (BMC), Cuttack Municipal Corporation (CMC) reduced the number of participants at marriage ceremonies to 100 while 50 persons will be allowed at death-related rituals.

CMC issued new guidelines for social gatherings restricting the maximum number of people to be allowed in a wedding function to 100 and 50 in funerals.

On Friday, BMC allowed maximum 100 persons for marriage-related functions and 50 persons for death related rituals.
