Nandankanan Zoological Park to reopen on Aug 3

Bhubaneswar: As the Odisha government has relaxed the Covid-19 restrictions, Nandankanan Zoological Park will reopen for visitors on Tuesday.

The zoo had remained closed for several months due to Covid restrictions.

As the number of positive cases is coming down in the state, the state government, in its guidelines for August month, has allowed the opening of malls, restaurants, zoos, and parks.

During the peak of the pandemic, the authorities had offered a virtual tour of the wildlife habitat.
