Traffic jam at Baramunda flyover in Bhubaneswar

Bhubaneswar: Owing to the closure of the Baramunda flyover due to the maintenance work, a traffic jam was witnessed towards Jaydev Vihar from Khandagiri on Saturday evening. 

The maintenance work of Baramunda flyover has been going on since last couple of days.

The commuters faced difficulties as long queues of vehicles were seen from Khandagiri square as one side of the flyover has been closed.

The vehicles were asked to take the service lane connecting Jaydev Vihar.

The repair work could potentially trigger more traffic jams on the busy stretch, said a road user.
