State PSU employees to get salary as per 7th Pay Commission recommendation

Bhubaneswar: Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik on Wednesday ordered for the pay revision of the state Public Sector Undertaking (PSU) regular employees as per the recommendations of the 7th Pay Commission.

The monthly salary revision should be effective retrospectively from January 1, 2016, said a statement from the Chief Minister’s Office (CMO).

Notably, the state government has already implemented the recommendations of the 7th Pay Commission for its employees and pensioners last year.
