Odisha Likely To Experience Thundersquall

BHUBANESWAR: Odisha is likely to experience thundersquall accompanied with hail on Tuesday.

“Latest Doppler weather radar and satellite imageries indicate that thundersquall accompanied with hail followed by gusty surface wind speed reaching 50 to 60 kmph may occur at one or two places,” said Indian Meteorological Department.

The districts like Ganjam, Gajapati, Nayagarh, Angul, Dhenkanal, Jajpur, Puri and Khurdha are likely to receive thunder squall during the period between 1700 hrs to 2100 hrs on Tuesday.
