15 injured in bus-truck head-on collision in Odisha’s Cuttack

Bhubaneswar: As many as 15 persons were injured due to a head-on collision between a bus and truck in Odisha’s Tangi on National Highway-16.

The incident occurred near Bank Chhak in Tangi of Cuttack district.

15 persons were injured in the road accident were immediately rushed to Tangi Community Health Centre (CHC) from where four were referred to the SCB Medical College and Hospital in Cuttack.

The incident took place while the passenger bus was on its way to Duburi when the truck coming from the opposite side hit it.

Police immediately rushed to the spot and rescued the passengers.
