BMC withdraws containment zone tag from Sundarpada, Jadupur-Begunia

Bhubaneswar: Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation (BMC) has withdrawn two contaminant zones-Sundarpada and Jadupur-Begunia-after four rounds of house to house survey to check the health of residents.

BMC Commissioner Prem Chandra Chaudhary informed that 7-day house to house survey and collection of samples from suspects will continue in those areas as part of preventive measures.

However, Suryanagar, Bomikhal, and Satya Nagar areas are under the shutdown.
