Bhubaneswar: The Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) on Wednesday said that the tendency of rising in day temperature is likely to prevail for a week in several parts of Odisha.
A rise in temperature may be experienced in several parts including coastal districts. However, the sea-breeze condition would prevail in the coastal region, said S C Sahu, the director of IMD, Bhubaneswar.
The highest maximum temperature of 37 degree Celsius was recorded at Bolangir and Malkangiri on Tuesday while the lowest minimum temperature of 12.6 degree Celsius was recorded at Phulbani.
